Terms of use and sale
1. About these terms
These terms apply to the CalGantt add-on for Google Sheets and to the website calgantt.com, published by a private individual based in France (see the legal notice). By installing or using CalGantt, you accept them. If you buy a plan, the sale terms below apply too.
2. What CalGantt does
CalGantt shows the events of your Google Calendar™ and your Google Tasks as a Gantt chart inside Google Sheets™, and writes back the changes you make. It needs a Google account and works on top of Google’s services, which have their own terms. We do not control those services: if Google changes or interrupts them, some features may stop working.
3. Your data and your actions
Your events, tasks and spreadsheets stay yours. CalGantt only changes them when you ask it to, for example when you move a bar or tick a task. You remain responsible for the changes you make and for who you share your calendars and spreadsheets with. How we handle data is explained in the privacy policy.
4. Plans and prices

Prices are in euros, all taxes included. The price that applies is the one shown when you pay.
Nothing renews automatically. Every plan is paid once, for a fixed period. At the end date, CalGantt goes back to the free plan: your data is kept, only the Pro features stop. To continue, you buy again.
5. Free trial
Each Google account can try all Pro features free for 14 days, starting from its first use of CalGantt. No payment card is needed. At the end of the trial, CalGantt simply goes back to the free plan.
6. Payment and license key
Payment is made online through Stripe. After payment, you receive a license key by email, usually within 24 hours. In CalGantt, click the star button at the top right (“Upgrade” or “Trial”), then “Already have a key? Enter it here”.
A key is tied to the email address of one Google account, or to one company domain for Team. It is personal: do not share, publish or resell it. A key that is shared publicly may be cancelled.
7. 14-day refund and right of withdrawal
If CalGantt does not suit you, write to support@calgantt.com within 14 days of your purchase: you get a full refund, without having to give a reason. The key is then cancelled. This refund also covers the legal right of withdrawal of consumers in the European Union.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use CalGantt for anything illegal, not to try to get around the license check, and not to copy, modify or redistribute the add-on’s code.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep CalGantt reliable and to fix problems quickly, but we cannot promise that it will always work without interruption or error. We may improve or change features. If we ever stop CalGantt, we will announce it at least 30 days in advance and refund the unused part of active paid plans.
10. Liability
As a consumer, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services (articles L.224-25-12 and following of the French Consumer Code).
Within the limits allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost profit or a missed deadline, nor for problems caused by Google’s services. For professional users, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for CalGantt in the 12 months before the event. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Intellectual property
The CalGantt code, name, logo and website are protected. Using CalGantt gives you a personal right to use it, not ownership of it. Google Calendar™, Google Sheets™, Google Tasks™ and Google Workspace™ are trademarks of Google LLC; CalGantt is not affiliated with Google.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to a purchase is the one in force on the day of payment. Important changes are announced on this page and in the add-on.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In case of a problem, please write to us first at support@calgantt.com: we answer every message. If no friendly solution is found, the competent courts are those designated by law; as a consumer, you may also go to the courts of your place of residence.
