Install CalGantt
Two minutes, with the Google account you already use.
Coming soon. CalGantt is being reviewed by Google and will be on the Google Workspace Marketplace soon. This page will then link straight to it. Want to know when it is ready? Write to support@calgantt.com.
Three steps
- Install. Open the CalGantt page on the Google Workspace Marketplace and click Install. Choose your Google account, read the permissions and click Allow. You can also do it from Google Sheets: Extensions → Add-ons → Get add-ons, then search for “CalGantt”.
- Open. In any Google Sheet (a new one is fine), click Extensions → CalGantt → Open Gantt chart. The first time, choose the calendars and task lists to show.
- Plan. Drag a bar to move an event, stretch it to change its length, double-click to edit, or click + Task. A short “first steps” card guides you inside CalGantt.
The permissions, in plain words

| See your email address | checks your license key and keeps each person’s data apart in a shared sheet. |
| Display content in Google apps | opens its menu and window in Google Sheets. |
CalGantt has no server and cannot send your data anywhere. Details are in the privacy policy.
For Google Workspace administrators
If your organization limits add-ons, an administrator can allow CalGantt in the Google Admin console (Apps → Google Workspace Marketplace apps → Apps list), or install it for everyone in the organization. For a whole company, the Team plan gives Pro to every account of your domain with one key.
Uninstall
In Google Sheets: Extensions → Add-ons → Manage add-ons, then CalGantt → Uninstall. To also remove its access to your account, go to myaccount.google.com/permissions. Your events and tasks stay in Google Calendar and Google Tasks.
